Get fit for that special day and beyond! The Bride/Groom Boot Camp is designed to get the couple to be and wedding party in "I Do" shape! Conditioning, Core and hiking are the main components of this very unique experience.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel your training appointment or your package will be charged a session. Rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice must be rescheduled for the same day to save that session. If you cancel within the 24 hour time period or cannot reschedule the same day and we can get another client to fill your time slot, your package will not be charged. This policy not only gives you an incentive not to miss your session, but also protects the trainer from “no-shows”.
